THIS INDENTURE, made this ~ day of January, 1990,
between RAYMOND A. GUARINO and ROSEMARY GUARINO, his wife,
grantor*, and ROSARIO J. SUCATO, SR. and CECILE SUCATO, his
wife, whose post office address is 1425 S.E. Village Green
Drive, Port St. Lucie, Florida 34952, and whose social
security numbers are and ,
grantee*.
WITNESSETH, that said grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10,00 and other good and valuable considerations
to said grantor in hand paid by said grantee, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold
to the said grantee, and grantee's heirs and assigns forever,
the following described condominium unit situate, lying and
being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: ~

Condominiurn thereof, recorded at O.R. Book 466,

TOGETHER WITH the undivided interest in COMMON
ELEMENTS declared in said DECLARATION OF
CONDOMINIUM to be an appurtenance to said DWELLING
UNIT.
GRANTEE, by acceptance hereof and by agreement with
Grantor, hereby expressl~~ assumes and agrees to be bound by and
to comply with all of the covenants, terms, provisions and
conditions set forth and contained in the aforedescribed
DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, including but not limited to the
obligation to make payment of assessments for the maintenance
and operation of the above described condominium unit.
THZS conveyance is made subject to the following:
1. Real estate taxes and assessments levied after
the year 1990;
2. Applicable zoning regulations and ordinances;
3. All of the terms, conditions, provisions,
rights, privileges, obligations, easements and

4. All other covenants, conditions, restrictions
