20. IVo Tnnafe~. It ~s understood and agreed by Mortgagor that as part ol the ~nclucement to Mortgagee !o make the
loan ev~dern:ed by the Note. Mortgagee has cons~dered and rel~ea on the credt wo~th~ness ~nd re~~ab~hty of MoRgagor Mortgagor
covenants and agrees not to sell, convey, transler, lease o~ further encumber any ~n;erest ~n or any part ol the Mortgaged
Property w~thaut the pr~a wr~tten consent of Mortgagee, and any such sale, conveyan:,e, transler, tease or encumbrance
~ made w~thout Mortgagee's pna wr~tten consent shall be vad. It any person should obta+n an mterest ~n all a any part of
the Mortgaged Property pursuant to the execut~on or enforcement ot any he~, secunty mterest or other nght, whether supenor,
equal or subord~nate to th~s Mortgage or the I~en hereot, such event shall be deemed to be a transier by Mortgagor and
an event of default hereunder
21. Dahult Rate. The Default Rate shall be the h~ghest rate perm~tted by appl~cabie law.

wh~ch have been agreed to between Mortgagor and Mortgagee have been ~n~t~aled by Mortgagor as add~t~onal proof of
Mortgagor's consent.
