NOTICE L[MITING FUTURE ADVANCES
t. The undersigned ("Mortgagors") are atl of the Mortgago~s (or their succ:essors

2. Pursuant to Section 6g7.04 (1) o: the r=lo~ida Statutes, Mortgagors hereby
give notice that, notwithstanding any provision of the Mortgage governing or (
relating to futuce advances, the Mortgage shall secure ~nly the principal amoun t
actually advanced and unpaid as of the date of the Notice: $ 35,761.27
(unpaid principal balance as of date of execution of this notice plus interest
