FINA L JUDGMENT DET ERMINING PAT ERN ITY AND SUPPOAT
T eIS CAUSE having come on for T rial upon the Pleadings
fi~ed herein and all parties having received proper and timely
notice; the Court having heard testimony of the parties and
being otherwise fully and well advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows :
(1) T hat the Court finds and determines that the Defendant,
MAJOR HIGHMAN, is the natural father of EBONY MONQUIE HIGHNiAN,
who was born on the 29th day of April, 1982, at Lawnwood Medical
% Center, in the City of ~'ort Pierce, County of St. Lucie, State
~
; of Florida and that the Respondent is obligated according to law
~
! for the support and maintenance of his minor child, EBONY
~

f MONQUIE HIGHMAN.
j (2) T hat the natural mother, GIARIA JEAN DERLE, shall have
~
~ custody of said minor, subject to the Respondent's right of
~
~ reasonable visitation.

~ (3) T hat commencing December 16, 1983, the Respondent shall
~
~ pay child support for and on behalf of said child in the amount
~ of S35.00 per week, plus $2.00 Statutory fee. All payments
~ shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. All
I
paymen~s shall be made directly to the Clerk of the Circuit ~
Court, Support Department, P.O. Box 7~0, Fort Pierce, Florida
33454. T he Clerk's office shall promptly remit said child
