Buckley and Robin L. Buckley, nee Robin L. Hardison, his wife, hereinafter referred to as "Borrowers", and SUN SANR/TREASURE COAST, NATI~NAL ASSOCIATION, a National Banking Corporation which is orqanized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, and whose address is 111 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 34950, hereinafter referred to as "Lender". i W I T N E S S E T H: WHEREAS, on the 12th day of May, 1989, Borrowers borrowed ' from Lender the sum of Fifty Nine Thousand Five Hundred ($59,500.00) Dollars and 00/100, and executed and delivered to Lender their promissory note for said amount payable on or before ~ ~ ~ December 1, 2019; and ~ WHEREAS, the indebtedness evidenced by the aforementioned ~ ~ Fifty Nine Thousand Five Hundred ($59,500.00) Dollar promissory ~ ; note is secured by a first mortqage given by Borrowers to Lender ' v ~ ~ on the following described lands in St. Lucie County, Florida: F ~ j •i, ~ G~~ Lot 43, Block 1541, Port St. Lucie, Section Thirty, ~ accordinq to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat , 4 Book 14, at Paqes 10 and l0A through l0I of the ~ public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. t ~ _ ^ o and . ~ ! WHEREAS, said first mortqage dated May 12, 1989, was ~ r ~ recorded on May 17, 1989, in Official Records Book 636 at Page ~ ~ 2804 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and s ~ WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to extend the maturity f date of the aforementioned mortqage and promissory note of ~ Borrowers. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, the parties hereto agree as follows: ' 1.
