DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial on March 5, 1984, and the Court
fiaving given full consideration to all the evidence~ finds and
determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife noW exists betWeen the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage betWeen GORDON LEE
REED and SHIRLEY JEAN REED be and the same is hereby dissolved,
I and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from

the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
i
` the obligations arising therefrom.

t 2. PROPERTY. The parties jointly own the following-
! described real property:

K Lots 10 and 11, and the North 35 feet of Lot 12,
~ Block 4, St. James Park~ according to the Plat
~ thereof as recorded in Plat Book 278, Page 2535~
Public Record of St. Lucie County~ Florida.

The parties shall take those steps necessary to market ~nd sell
the above-described real property for a selling price of
~ $60,000.00. The Husband shall have the right to reside in the
~
E home located on said property pending its sale~ and shall pay all
mortgage payments~ taxes, utilities, insurance and maintenance
i
~ during his,reaidency. The Wife shall have the right to remove all
~
~
~ of her personal belongings from the home. Upon the sale of the
~
home~ the folloWing payments shall be made out of the proceeds of
~
