(a) All joint debts of rhe parties incurred through the date
of this Final Judgment;
(b) All closing costs incident to the sale of the home,
including but nat limited to any broker's commission;
(c) Payment to the Wife of the lump sum of $6,500.00.
The remaining net proceeds shall be divided equally between
the parties.
In the event the home does not sell Nithin six (6) months of
the date of this Final Judgment~ the Wife shall convey her
interest in said real property to the Husband in consideration of
~he following: i
(a) Payment by the Husband of all joint bills of the parties
incurred through the date of this Final Judgment;
Assumption by the Husband of the mortgage encumbering
said real property;
(c) Pay ment by the Husband to the Wife of the lu m p sum of
$4,000.00 cash;
(d) Execution by the Husband of a note and second martgage
to the Wife encumbering said real property in the amount of

~ $4,000.00, With interest thereon at the rate of 12 per cent per
~ annum, payable at the rate of $ 86.97 per month for 23
~ months~ with the 24th and final payment being a balloon payment

i 3. CUSTODY. Parental responsibility for the issue of the

~ marriage, JASON LEE REED, shall be shared by both parties. Both
~ arties shall have full
~ p parental rights and responsibilities with
respect to said child, and both partie~ shall confer so that
major decisions affecting the welfare of the child will be

determined jointly. The primary physical residence of the child
sha~l be at the residence of the Wife. The Husband shall be

€ responsible for the medical and dental care related to the child.
