handling, to the Clerk of the Court. This income deduction
provision shall not become effective until such time as
THOMAS M. WILLYFORD is delinquent in two rehabilitative
alimony payments. In the event THOMAS M. WILLIFORD shall be
so delinquent, and has been given 15 days notice of said
delinquency and failed to pay the same, ther~ the
Wife/Petitioner or her representative, shall serve a copy of
,
this Order upon the said employer by certified mail, return ~

receipt requested. Such service shall be prima facie ~
evidence that the above conditions have oc~urred. Upon
~
receipt of this Order the employer shall remit payment
forthwith as set forth herei~. This income deduction order ~
- shall be in addition to. not in lieu of, all other remedies
for collection of rehabilitative alimony provided by Florida
Law, ~

6. In addition to the aforesaid weekly payments, the ;
Husband shall pay to the Wife's attorney, JOSEPH J. DeROSS,

~ JR., the sum of $10.00 per week, beginning October 11th, '
1985, and each week thereafter, until the entire sum is paid.
7. In the event the former Husband fails to pay either

I of the aforesaid Weekly payments, upon Affidavit of either
i
~ the former Wife or the attorney for the former Wife, the
i
f
f Husband shall be ordered to show cavse why he should not be

held in contempt for failure to make the aforesaid payments.
