k having be~n scheduled for a review of the injunction previously

~ entered by the Court on November 20, 1989, both parties having
! been present before the Court with counsel, the Court being

~ advised that there was in fact a pending dissolution of marriage

~ proceeding and the parties having stipulated to the entry of the

~ IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS:

g 1. That the Court hereby enters a mutual restraininq
~ order and each party is hereby restrair.ed from harassing,
annoying, threatening~ striking or abusing the other, and further
that neither shall go on or upon the residence or place of
employment of the other except as may be necessary for the
exercise of visitation.
