That the marriage between the Petitioner/Wife, DONNA KIRKHAM, and the Respondent/Husband, JIM KIRKBAM, be and ~ Lhe same is hereby dissolved and the parties are, and each of them is, hereby forever free from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligati~ns arising therefrom. ~ 2. That the Property Setttement Agreement, which was f executed by the parties and introduced into evidence was freely t i ~ and voluntarily entered into by the parties, after a full { ; disclosure, and is in the best interest ot the parzies. The CourL particularly reserves ~urisdiction ot ~ i ~ this cause to modify any and all provisions in the parties i ~ agreement incorporated herein or this Final Judgment or both when ~ circumstances ~ustify any such moditications. Further the Court reserves jurisdiction to enforce the provisions of this Final Judgment. !
