Made and entered into this ~ day of 1990,
between, DONNA RIRRAAM, hereinafter referred to as the "Wife", and JIM
KIRKHAM, hereinafter referred to as the "Husband".
WHEREAS, the parties are now husband and wife, having been
lawfully married to each other on the 13th day of December, 1986,
in Fort Lauderdale, Florida; and
WHEREAS, irreconcilable differences have arisen between the
parties causing the matrimonial relationship to be broken; and •
WHEREAS, both parties have given much thought and careful

~ WEiEREAS, each of the parties hereto represents and ~rrants

~ desires to execute this Agreement for the purpose of confirming their
~ intended separation and to adjust and settle any and all matters
