WHEREAS, there has been no children born to this marriage.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the
mutual promises and undertaking herein contained, and for other good
and valuable considerations, the parties agree:
1. SEPARATION: It shall be lawful for the Husband and Wife
at all times hereafter to live separate and apart from each other and
each party shall hereafter be entirely free from any marital control or
authority from the other party as if each were single and unmarried,
and neither shall, in any way, disturb or trouble the other, nor
interfere with the peace of the other or seek to compel the other to
associate, cohabit or deal with him or her, not bring any action for
' the restoration of conjugal rights, nor sue nor molest any other person

~ or persons whatsoever for receiving, harboring, or entertaining him or

~ her. Either the Husband or the Wife may reside, from time to time, at
a

~ such place or places as said Husband or Wife may, from time to time,

~ deem fit, and may conduct, carry on or engage in, or under his or her
~
~ name, or otherwise, any employment, business or trade and affiliate and
~
~ associate in any movement, spiritual or otherwise, without control,
~ restraint, interference, directly or indirectly, by the other party.
~ 2. ALIMONY: That both parties waive any and all rights he
~
~
~ or she may have to alimony, permanent periodic lump sum, or
a
~ rehabilitative, or any other alimony of whatever nature.
3. INSURANCE & MEDZCAL EXPENSES: Each party shall be
responsible for their own medical, dental and life insurance, insurance
~ premiums and any other expens~s therewith.
4. PERSONAL PROPERTY: The parties hereby acknowledge that
