incorporated in this Separation and Property Agreer~ent their entire
nnderstanding. No oral statements or prior written matter extrinsic to
this Separation and Property Settler~ent Agreement shall have any force
or effect.
11. RELE~SE: Except as otherwise herein expressly provided,
the parties shall and do hereby mutually remise, release and forever
~ischarge each other from any and all actions, suits, debts, claims,
demands and obligations whatsoever, both in law and in equity, which
either of them had, now has, or may hereafter have against the other
upon or by reason of any matter, cause of thing up to the date of the

' execution of this Agreement. Each party.hereby releases and
relinquishes any and all rights that he or she may now have or may
hereafter acquire as the other party's spouse under the present or
future laws of any jurisdiction; (a) to share in the estate of the
other party upon the latter's death; (b) to act as executor or
administrator of the other party's estate; and (c) to elect to take
against any Will or Codicil of the other party now or hereafter in
force. ~
12. ATTORNEYS FEES AND COSTS: The Wife is represented by
GOLDMAN, BRUNING ~ ANGELOS, by ROY T. MILDNER, of GOLDMAN, BRUNING &
ANGELOS, P.A. The F3usband d~es hPreby acknowledge that the scrivener
of this document represents the Wife only; it has been urged upon the
Husband by such scrivener to seek outside independent counsel prior to
his execution of the within Agreement. Nothwithstanding such lack of
representation and advise, the Husband does hereby acknowledge that he
has entered into and consented to this Agreement with his Wife prior to
preparation and execution of this document, this document merely
memorializing the agreement between the parties hereto. The t~usband
