i THIS ACTION having come before the Court without a Jury on the
~
; Wife's Petition for Dissolution of Marriage and Oth~r Relief, the Court
j finds and deteraines that it has jurisdiction over the Parties and the
~ subject matter of this lawsuit, and that the marriage between the parties
~ is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is therefore;
~
i ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
i
~ 1. The marriage between DIANE GRIGGS, ~life, and JAMES A. GRIGGS,
Husband, is dissolved because it is irretrievably broken and the Parties
~ are forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
~ them and from the obligations arising from it.
~ 2. That the Parties shall have shared parental responsibility for
i
~ the Parties minor children, RYAN JAMES GRIGGS, and LONI MARIE GRI~GGS.
~ 3. The SJife shall be the primary residential parent of the minor
~ children and that she shall have the primary day to day responsibility of
~ their guidance and upbringing.
4. Visitation with the minor children and their father shall
, include at a minimum, alternate weekends plus one-half of their summer
~~acation from school. Additionally, [heir father shall have reasonable
rights to visit with the minor children upon reasonable notice. However,
this shall be limited to one (1) weekday overnight visit between the father
and the children, in addition to any other weekday evening visits he may
~ request.
~
~ 5. The Husband shall pay through the Clerk of the Court the sum
~ of Three Hundred Fifty ($350.00) Dollars per month in accordance with the
~ Mediation Agreement entered between the Parties.

6. The Parties agree that they shall sell their Ford Bronco. The
