In the event the net proceeds are less than Three Thousand Five Hundred (53,500.00) Dollars, the Husband shall pay the Wife an amount necessary to insure that the ~life receives the Three Thousand Five Hundred (53,500.00) Dollars at the time of sale. This Three Thousand Five Hundred (~3,500.00) Dollars shall be paid by the Husband within six (6) months, or upon sale, which ever occurs first. 7. The Husband shall acquire and maintain a health insurance policy which covers both medical and dental expenses for the benefit of the children. Any and all medical and dental bills not covered by the insurance shall be paid equally by the parties. 8. The Mediation Agreement shall become incorporated into the Final Judgment with the Court reserving jurisdiction with respect to the legal issues contained in Paragraph "6" of said Agreement. 9. That the Parties waived any claim to alimony from the other. ~ 10. That the Parties hereto agreed that all personal property has ~ previously been divided equitably and fairly. ~ ~ 11. That the Parties have provided for and equitably divided their F debts and obligations and are satisifed with the same. ~ 12. That the Parties shall bear his/her own fees and costs of this e dissolution of marriage and obligate to pay their own attorney's fees. E 13.
