i 2. That this Court has personal jurisdiction over the

~ Defendants, LOWE REALTY, INC., LOWE REALTY CORPOR~TION and ROBERT

~ J. IAWE, and the subject matter hereto pursuant to the settlement

agreement, paragraph 4, attached hereto as Exhibit A.
3. That pursuant to the settlement agreement, paragraph 5.1,
the defendant, LOWE REALTY, INC., a/k/a LOWE REALTY CORPORATION
and ROBERT J. LOWE agreed to pay the total amount of $2,500.00 in

~ monthly installments of $500.00 a month for five months beginning
