4. That paragraph 5.3 of the settlement agreement states if
payments are not made a default and consent final judgment would
be entered.
5. As defendant, LOWE REALTY, INC., a/k/a LOWE REALTY
CORPORATION and ROBERT J. LOWE, has not made the agreed upon
payments for the months of October ~nd November, 1989, this
consent final judgment is entered agains~~ the defaulting party.
6. That the Plaintiff, RYDER TRUCK RENTAL, INC., does have
and recover of and from the Defendant, LOWE REALTY, INC., LOWE
REALTY CORPORATION and ROBERT J. LOWE, the sum of TWENTY THOUSAND
00/100 DOLLARS, ($20,000.00) for damages, for which let execution ~
