~ THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon Plaintiff's Motion for
Attorney's Fees. The Court previously entered a Final Summary
Judgment/Judgment on the Pleadings against the Defendant ROBERT
T. BOND, on January 2, 1990 reserving jurisdiction for the entry
of an Order with regard to attorney's fees. The Court, having
reviewed the plea3ings in the file including the Attorney's Fee
Affidavit of R. Patrick Beatty, Esquire, and being otherwise
