PEREIRA, an unmarried man, and VILLAS OF WINDMILL POINT PROPERTY
OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida Corporation, on the
followinq described property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 23, Block 3417, in THE VILLAS OF WINDMILL POINT,
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
Book 23, paqe 8, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
4. If the total sum with interest at the rate prescribed by
law and all costs of this action accruing subsequent to this
judgment are not paid within ten (10) days from this date, the
Clerk of this Court shall sell the property at public sale on
, the ~.~-day of , 1990, at 11:00 A.M.
to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth below, at the
St. Lucie County Courthouse, Ft. Pierce, Florida, in accordance
with F.S. 45.031.

5. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of this
action and shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk if the
Plaintiff is not the purchaser of the property at the sale. If
the Plaintiff is the purchaser, the Clerk shall credit

f 6. On filinq the Certificate of Title, the Clerk shall

~ sufficient by payinq: first, all of Plaintiff's costs; second,
~ documentary stamps affixed to the Certificate; third, Plaintiff's

~ attorney's fees; fourth, the total sum due to Plaintiff less the
~ items paid plus interest at the rate prescribed by law from this

~ date to the date of the sale; and by retaining any amount
remaining pendinq the further order of this court.
7. On filing the Certificate of Title, Defendants and all
persons claiminq under or against them since the filing of the
~ Notice of Lis Pendens are foreclosed of all estate or claim in
~
~ the property and the purchaser at the sale shall be let into
