GRAY, husband and wife, and EVERGitEEN AT PORT ST. LUCIE
CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., A Florida Corporation, on the
followinq described property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Unit U-201, of BVSRGREBN AT PT. ST. LUCIE, a
Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium
filed June 17, 1986 and recorded in Official Records Book
503, at pages 2867-2997, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, as amended, toqether with all
appurtenances thereto, including an undivided interest
in the common elements as set forth in the Declaration.
4. If the total sum with interest at the rate prescribed by
law and all costs of this action accruinq subsequent to this
judgment are not paid within ten (IO) days from this date, the
Clerk of this Court shall sell the property at public sale on
, the ~~'""day of , 1990, at 11:00 A.M.
to the hi hest bidder for cash, except as set forth below, at the
St. Lucie County Courthouse, Ft. Pierce, Florida, in accordance
with F.S. 45.0~1.
5. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costa of this
action and shall be reiunbursed for them by the Clerk if the
Plaintiff is not the purchaser of the property at the sale. If
the Plaintiff is the purchaser, the Clerk shall credit
Plaintiff's bid with the total sum with interest and costs

; accruing subsequent to this judgment or such part of it as is

E necessary to pay the bid in full.

~ 6. On filinq the Certificate of Title, the C1erk shall
distribute the proceeds of the sale, as far as they are
sufficient by paying: first, all of Plaintiff's costs; second,
~ documentary stamps affixed to the Certificate; third, Plaintiff's
~
~ attorney's fees; fourth, the total sum due to Plaintiff less the
~
items paid plus interest at the rate prescribed by law from this
date to the date of the sale; and by retaininq any amount
remaininq pending the further order of this court.
7. On filinq the Certificate of Title, Defendants and all
