hearing argument of counsel and consideration by the Court of the
Motion for Final Judgment of Foreclosure, the Court finds that
Plaintiff has supported the alleqations contained in the
Complaint, and thereupon it is
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Plaintiff is the
~ owner and holder of the note and mortqage described in the
Complaint, said mortaaae having been recorded in the Public
~ fi ecords of St. Lucie County, Florida, as alleqed, and the

~ Plaintiff is entitled to all of the monies due and owinq, which

{ are in default under the terms of the note and mortqaqe, and the

I Plaintiff holds a mortgage lien upon the real property described

! The lien of the Plaintiff's mortgage constitutes a valid first
g lien upon the described property. The mortgage lien and the

E indebte~ness secured by it is for a valid and existint~ obligation
past due and unpaid, and there is due to the Plaintiff thereon
for principal sum of money in the amount of $40,781.70 and
interest on the aforesaid sum of money in the amount of $4,143.94
to January 15, 1990, plus the late charqe of $231.22, unpaid taxes
