LUCIE Section T~ienty-five, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 13, E pages 32, 32A through 32I of the Public Records of ~ St. Lucie County, Florida ~ ! The lien of the Plaintiff's mortgage constitutes a valid first g lien upon the described property.
