Court costs and expenses which are: Title search -$200.00,
filinq fee - S77.50, Service of Process $36.25, and for the
publication of Notice of Action -$215.60, all for a total of
$529.35, all of which expenses are by the terms of the Plaintiff's
mortgaqe. The Plaintiff has incurred the cost of its attorney,
Peacock & Gaffney, P.A. in the foreclosure of the said mortgage
and the Court does hereby decree that the sum of $ //n~J. ~d is

a reasonable fee therefor, which sum of money is likewise secured
by the said mortgaqe and is an existing lien against the property
described herein for a total sum of $ Z. Plaintiff is
entitled to interest on all the aforesaid sums of money from the
date hereof until p~yment, at the rate of 12$ per annum.
The Defendants are hereby required to pay all of the
aforesaid sums of money to the Plaintiff toqether with all costs
and expenses of this proceeding, and in the event of failure to
pay the same, all of the Qroperty described in this }udqment is
directed to be sold in accordance with the laws of the State of
Florida, by the Clerk of this Court free and clear of any and all
I~ riqht, title, interest, claim or lien of Defendants, to the

~ DEPOSIT REQUIRED. At the time of the sale the success-
ful high bidder shall post with the Clerk a deposit equal to 5$
of the fina2 bid or $1,000, whichever is less. The deposit shall
be applied to the sale price at the time of payment. If final
