THIS DEED, executed this r~ day of January,
1990, by SUN BANK/TREASURE COAST, N. A. as Trustee of John B.
Jackson Irrevocable Trust Agreement dated September 14, 1988,
Gr3ntor, to CARL L. MASZTAL and BRENDA ALDERMAN, as tenants in
common, Grantee, whose mailing address is: 170 West Royal Tern,
Fbrt Pierce, FL 34982
W I T N E S S E T H:
The Grantor, in consideration of the premises and the
su:n of $10.00, and other good and valuable considerations, in
hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,
conveys and confirms unto the Grantee, and to their heirs,
successors and assigns forever, that certain real property
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly
described as follows:
Lot 1, Block 5, CRAMER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF FORT PIERCE, a subdivision of part of N~ of
SE~ of SE; of Section 9, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East, recorded in Plat Book 2, page 10,
of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances belonging to or in anywise
appertaining to that real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Grantee, and to
their heirs, successors and assigns, that in all things
preliminary to and in and about this conveyance the laws of the
' State of Florida have been followed and complied with in all
