CONTINUOUS MARRIAGE AFFIDAVIT
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority personally ap-
peared CHESTER B. GRIFFIN, who, upon being by me first duly
sworn, did depose and say:
That my name is Chester B. Griffin; that I know of my
own personal knowledge that A. B. Jackson and Mary McIver
3ackson were continously married to one another from a time
prior to the acquisition of Lot 1, Block 5,_ Cramer's Addition
to Fort Pierce, according to the plat thereof on file in plat
book 2, page 10, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, until the date of death of A. B. Jackson on
Dec~r 5 , 19 83 .
