JOHN B. JACKSON IRREVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT
THIS TRUST AGREEMENT, made this 14th day of September,
1988 between JOHN B. JACKSON, "Grantor" and SUN BANK/TREASURE
COAST, N.A., Fort Pierce, Florida, "Trustee".
ARTICLE I
The Grantor hereby transfers and delivers to Trustee
certain assets, which shall constitute the trust estate and
the Trustee shall use the trust estate for the uses and
purposes and upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set
forth.
. ~ ARTICLE II
The Trustee shall hold, manage, invest and reinvest the
trust estate and shall collect the income thereof and shall
~ dis ose of the net income and rinci a a
P p p 1 s follows:
; A. During the lifetime of Grantor, the Trustee
o shall pay to or apply for the benef it of Grantor
~ all of the net income in quarterly or more
convenient installments, together with such
~ payments from the principal as the Trustee
~ ~ determines to be necessary in the Trustee's
! discretion, for the health, maintenance and
` ~ support of Grantor.

~ ` ~ B. Upon the death of Grantor, the balance of the
trust estate, both distributed income and
~ c' principal, shall be distributed outright to the
~ ~ beneficiary or beneficiaries as Grantor may
• appoint by Grantor's Last Will and Testament,
p ~ making specific reference to this general power of
~ - ~ appointment .
~ . ARTICLE III

~ During the existence of this trust, the Trustee

~ shall have complete authority to sell assets to or
~
~ purchase assets from the Trustee of the Mary M. Jackson
~
~ Revocable Trust Agreement dated January 13, 1984. The
~
Trustee of this trust is also directed to reimburse the
Trustee of said Mary M. Jackson Revocable Trust Agreement
for all expenditures made by the Trustee of the Mary M.
Jackson trust for the acquisition and furnishing of a
` mobile home for Grantor's personal use and for addition

~ of a screened-in pozch for said mobile home unit, and, if
