required, a pump and well for said mobile home and for
construction of a driveway and for extension of said
driveway to an existing pole barn on the Grantor's
individually owned real estate.
The Trustee of this trust shall further reimburse the
Trustee of the Mary M. Jackson Trust Agreement referred to
above for all items of repair, maintenance and improvement
to Grantor's residence located at 503 South 12th Street,
Fort Pierce, Florida, which residence is to be conveyed to
the Trustee of this trust and sold by the Trustee of this
trust.
j ARTICLE IV
This trust is irrevocable and the Grantor does not
reserve the right to amend, modify or revoke this trust;
provided, however, that Grantor does reserve a general power
of appointment to appoint the balance of the trust assets,

if any, at Grantor's death by a specific reference to this

j power of appointment in Grantor's Last Will and Testament.

~ ARTICLE V

The Trustee shall have all of the rights, duties,
~ powers, responsibilities, including the power of sale,
granted to Trustees under Chapters 737 and 738, Florida
~ Statutes.
~ ARTICLE VI

~ All powers and duties of the Trustee and all questions
of interpretation of this trust agreement shall be governed
~
. by the Laws of the State of Florida.
ARTICLE VII
The Trustee shall have the right to resign at any time
upon thirty (30) days written notice to Grantor.
