~ THIS CAUSE came before the Court pursuant to

~ Plaintiff, NORRIS E. BEASLEY'S, Motion for Attorneys' Fees.
The Court, having reviewed the file and the Affidavits
~ submitted in support of same, finds as follows:
~ 1. That 7.4 hours is a reasonable amount of time for

~ the work performed by Plaintiff's attorney.

~ 2. That $175.00 per hour is a fair and customary
~
~ hourly rate for an attorney with the skills and experience of
Plaintiff's counsel.
3. The probability of success in this matter is
~ greater than 50$ and therefore, this Court finds that a
~ multiplier of 1.5 should be applied.
E 4. Therefore, this Court finds that a reasonable fee
~
K for the services of Plaintiff's attorney is $1,942.50.
