STIPULATION
COMES NOW counsel for the parties, JOSEPH J. DeROSS,
JR., Attorney for the Respondent and GAY MIDELIS, Attorney for
the Petitioner, and hereby stipulate and agree to the following:
1. A mutual restraining order shall be enter~d,
restraining the parties from harassing, annoyinq, coming about or
molesting the other. Any sheriff, deputy sheriff, peace or law
enforcement officer, or police of the State of Florida, observing
f
a violation of this Agreement within his jurisdiction by either
Respondent or Petitioner is authorized to arrest the violator and
bring hi.m or her before the Court as soon as practical to show
cause why (s)he should not be found in contempt of court.

2. A violator taken into custody for violating this
i Agreement should be entitled to post a bond in the amount of
~ $1,000.00.
