PARTNERSHIP AFFIQAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF MARTIN
BEFORE ME, the undersiqned authority, personally appeared
WILBERT C. MOREY, President of WILL MOREY DEVELOPMENT CO., INC.,
and CHARLES H. SABIN, IV, President of CHARLES SABIN CONSTRUCTION,
CO., INC., who, after first beinq duly sworn, depose and say as
follows:
l. That they are the gene.ral partners of MoREY & SAEIN
CONSTRUCTION, a Florida General Partnership.
2. That said partnership consists of two general partners
whose names are set forth hereinabove.
3. That said partnership began its existence on the
May 1, 1985, pursuant to that certain Partnership Agreement of same
date, and that said partnership remains in existence.
4. That pursuant to Partnership Aqreement, all of the general
~ partners have consented to a sale of the Real Property described
as follows:
Lot 19, CALI~AWAY PLACE, according to the Plat thereof,
4 as recorded in Plat Book 26, Paqe 4, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
to Carroll G. Heck and June P. Heck, for Ten and no/100ths Dollars
($10.00), and other good and valuable consideration.
5. That this Affidavit is made pursuant to Section 620.605
(1) of the Florida Statutes and shall be conclusive as to the facts
herein stated as to third parties without notice.
