UNIT 710 in Oceana South Condominium I, according
to the Declaration of Condominium of Qceana South
Condominium I, recorded in Official Record Book 356,
pages 227 et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, I'lorida (the "Declaration of Condominium"),
together with an undi~~ided share in the Common
Elements appurtenant to such Unit and all other
appurtenances to such Unit as set forth in the
Declaration of Condominium.
Grantee, by acceptance hereof. and by agreement with
Grantor, hereby expcessly assumes and agrees to be bound by ~nd
to comply with all of the covenants, terms, conditions and
provisions set Eorth and contained in (i) the Decla~ation of
Condominium, including, but not limited to, tfie obligation to
make payment o: assessments for Comm~n EKpenses tas said term
! is defined in the Flocida Condominium Act, Chapter 718 of the
! Florida Statutes) which may be levied against the above-described
~ unit; and (ii) the Oceana South Declaration of Covenanks,
~ Restr~ctions and Casements, dated May 13, 1981, recorded in

thereto fthe "Oceana South Declaration of Covenants"), including,
but not limited to, the obligation to make payments of
"Assessments", as said term is defined in the Oceana South
Declaration of Covenants.
