20. Rclcaae. Upon payment of a!I sums secured by ihis Mortgage, l.ender shall release this Mortgage w•ithout
charge to Borrower. Borrower shall pay all costs of recordation, if any.
21. Attoeneys' Fees. As used in this Mortgage and in the Note, "attorneys' fees" shall include attorneys' fees, if any,
which may be awarded by an appellate court.

Borrower and Lender request the holder of any mortgage, deed of trust or other encumbrance with a lien which has

default under the superior encumbrance and of any saie or other foreclosure action.
