aforesaid to take acknowledgements, personally appeared:
FLORENCE A. DAVIS
to me well known, and who being duly sworn deposes and says:
THAT FRRNCIS S. DAVIS and FLORENCE A. DAVIS
his wife, were the Grantees in that certain Warranty Deed dated
October 18, 1974 , filed October 18, 1974 , and recorded
in Official Records Book 232 at page 2986 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County,Florida, on the following described
property:
Lot 1, and the North 28.3 feet of Lot 2, and the East 5 fe~t of the
vacated alley adjacent to the West, Block 2, in the Subdivision of
NEBRASKA COURT, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 48, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
