Petitioners, ROSERT BLA~ITOtv ana GERALD DILLOW, as Co-Personal N ~
Re~resenCative5 of the Estate of WILL:Ah] H. DILLOW, deceas~d,
L~s~ectfully sh~ws untu this Hoi~orable Court that the Petitioners were
appointed as Co-Personal RepXesentatives of this Estate on the ~2~h ~~.y
of Uecernber, 1988, and they are now duly qualified anc3 acting Co-Personal
Representatives of the Estate.
That among the assecs of saici Estate was the following real
pro~erty, to-wit:
South 1/2 of Lots 3& 4, Block 1, White City Estates,
recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 48, Public Records of St.
Lucie County~ Florida; a/k/a 8~d4 Kearney Blvd., Fort
Pierce, ~'lorida
i'hat the Petitioners, as Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate,

have had the aforesaid real property appraisea and that the appraised

value is $34,0~d0.00. Attached to this Petition is a copy of the
~ appraisal marked Exhibit "A" of this Petition.
~ Petitioners would further show to that Court that the said sum of
€
~ 534,000.00 is a fair market value of the property, that the sale of the
~ real prnperty is necessary in order to divide and distribute the net
~ assets of khe said Estate to the three t3) beneficiaries of this Estate,
~ and that all beneficiaries, namely TRACY DILLOW, CLINTON FRANKLIN DILLOW,
~
~ and CAROL SUE PURCARO are all in co~r~plete agreement for the sale of said
real property; and attached hereto are their Consents to the Sell of Real
Property.
WHEREFORE, Petitioners respectfully petition the Court for an
Order authorizing the sale of the property on the presentment of a
„ cantract in the sum of at least $~4,0H0.00, as per the Appraisal attached

Representatives to execute and deliver the original of a Co-Personal !L
