The undersigned, TRACY DILLOW, CLINTON FRANRLIN DILLOW and CAROL
SUE PURCARO, being all of the beneficiaries of the Estate of WILLIAM H.
DILLOW, deceased, do hereby consent to the sell of the followinq real

recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 48, Fublic Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; alk/a 804 Kearney Blvd., Fort
Pierce, Florida.
WHEREFORE, the undersigned respectfully petition the Court for an
Order authorizing the sale of the property on the presentment of a
contract in the sum of at least $34,000.00, as peY the Appraisal attached
~ as Exhibit "A" to the Petition, and for authoriza~ion for the Co-Personal

k Representatives to execute and deliver the oriqinal of a Personal
~ Representatives's Deed and all other necessary documents to finalize a
I
~ sale and transfer of the ownership of said real property upon the receipt
= of a contract from Gimelstob Realty in Stuart, Florida.
