THIS CAUSE, cominq on this day to be heard before the Court upon the
Petition of ROBERT BLANTON and GERALD DILLOW, as Co-Personal Representatives
of the Estate of WILLIAM H. DILLOW, deceased, for and Order authorizing the
sale of certain real property, which real property is more particularly

South 1/2 of Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, White City Estates,
recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 48, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; alkla 804 Rearney Blvd., Fort
Pierce, Florida;
for a purchase price of at least $34,Q00.00 upon presentment of a contract;
and it appearing to the Court by said Petition that the said purchase price
is a fair and reasonable price for said property; that it is to the best
interest of the Estate to sell the real property in that the $34,000.00 is
~ the best and highest offer which will be received for said property; and,

~ further, that TRACY DILLOW, CLINTON FRANRLIN DILLOW and CAROL SUE PURCARO, a
~
! sole beneficiaries of said Estate have indicated their complete aqreement
` with said sale by the execution and filing of their Consent to Sell Real
' Property with this Caurt; and the Court being fully advised in the premises,

~ ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that ROBERT BLANTON and GERALD DILLOW, a

~ Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of WILLIAM H. DILLOW, deceased, be

and they are hereby empowered to sell the aforedescribed prop$rty at and for
k the sales price of $34,000.00, said sum to be paid as aforedescribed upon
~
~
delivery of the deed of conveyance from the aforesaid Co-Personal
Representatives, less the usual and customary closing expenses charged the
Seller, as required under said contract.
