WHEREFORE, the applicant, Faye M. Hill, prays that
the writing filed and tendered herewith be established and
admitted to probate as the Last Will and Tes~ament of Ralph H.
Hill, deceased, and that in accordance with the terms ana i

provisions thereof, she be permitted to qualify for said trust
