IN RE: THE ESTATE OF RALPH H. HILL, Deceased

The application of Faye M. Hill for the probate of the
Will of Ralph H. Hill, deceased, and for her appointment as
Executrix, havzng come on for hearing and it appearing that the
writing filed and tendered with the application was signed by Ralph
H. Hill in the presence of Alfred W. Minish and Margaret A. Minish,
and further that said persons are deceased, and that from the
testimony of Clifford Jasper and Myrna Holloway, that the signature
appearing on said document is that of Ralph H. Hill, and that at the
time zt was signed, the said Ralph H. Hill was over the age of 18,
of sound mind and body, and being sufficiently advised,
IT IS HEREBY THE ORDER OF THIS COURT that the writing
filed and tendered with the application be, and the same is hereby
established and admitted to probate as the Last Will and Testament
of Ralph H. Hill, deceased, and that in accordance with the terms
and provisions thereof, that Faye M. Hill is hereby appointed
Executrix of the Estate of Ralph H. Hill, deceased, and that she be
permitted to qualify for said trust by giving bond in the penal sum
of $5,000.00, without surety thereon, and by taking the oath
prescribed by law for the faithful performance of the duties of said
trust.
Then came Faye M. Hill and qualifi.ed as Executrix of the
Estate of Ralph H. Hill, deceased, by giving bond in the penal sum
