I, ELIZABETH WELDIN TAYLOR, of St. Lucie County,
Florida, do hereby make, publish, and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other
Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
CLAUSE I: I direct my personal representative to
pay, out of my residuary estate, all of my just debts,
including the expenses of my last illness and funeral
expenses.
CLAUSE II I give and devise all of my tangible
personal property to those persons designated in a separate
writing in existence at the time of my death which is signed
by me and which describes the items and the devisees with
reasonable certainty. To the extent said separate writing
fails to dispose of all of my tangible personal property, then
the balance thereof I give and devise equally to my children,
SUSANE MAGNESS STEGEMEIER, DIANE MAGNESS MULROONEY and RUTH
MAGNESS ROLLINS, per capita.
CLAUSE III: I give and devise all of the rest,
residue and remainder of my property, including any assets
which I shall be entitled to dispose of at the time of my death,
by general or specific power of appointment or otherwise, to
my trustee hereinafter named, in trust, to hold, manage,
invest and reinvest the same in three separate equai shares,
one share to my daughter, SUSANE MAGNESS STEGEMEIER, one share
for my daughter, DIANE MAGNESS MULROONEY, and one share for my
daughter, RUTH MAGNESS ROLLINS, all per stirpes, in the event
any of my daughters fail to survive me. Each of said shares
shall be held by my trustee hereinafter named, in trust, from
each such daughter's share the trustee shall pay all the net
income in at least quarteriy installments to or for the
