CLAUSE V: My personal repres~ntative and trustee
shall have all of the rights, powers, duties and responsibili-
ties, including the power of sale, granted to personal repre-
sentatives and to trustees under Chapters 733.612, 737.402 and
738, Florida Statutes, as those Statutes are presently consti-
tuted and as they m3y be amended from time to time.
CLAUSE VI: I name and appoint my son-in--law, GARY
W. ROLLINS, as personal representative and as trustee of each
trust created hereunder, to serve without bond and in the
event he dies, resigns or is unable for any reason to act or
to continue acting as such then I name and appoint SUN
BANK/TREASURE COAST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, Fort Pierce,
Florida, or its corporate successor as personal representative
of this Will and as trustee of each Trust created hereunder,
to serve without bond.
If ancillary administration should be necessary in
~ the state of Pennsylvania then I name and appoint my son-in-

~t law, GARY ROLLINS, as such ancillary administrator, to serve

~ without bond and in the event he shall die, resign, or be

P unqualified or fail to act or to continue acting for any
F reason then I name and appoint my daughter, DIANE MAGNESS
MULROONEY, as such ancillary administratflr, to serve without
~ bond. Such ancillary administrator shall have the power of

' CLAUSE VII: I make no provisions in this Will for

~ my burial but it is my expressed wish that my remains not be
~
e cremated.
CLAUSE VIII; Any share of my estate or any trust
created in this Will to which any person under the age of
twenty-on~ (21} years shall become entitled on the termination
thereof shall be vested in interest in such person and shall
~ be held, in trust by my trustee hereinafter named for the
