I, HUGH J. BONNER, of Cincinnati, Ohio, being of full age,
sound and disposing mind and memory, and under no restraint or dis-
ability of law whatsoever, do hereby make, publish and declare this

testamente or codicils made by me.
ITEM I: I direct that all my just debts be paid as
soon as possible after my death. I direct that my Executrix pay out
of my residuary estate all inheritance, estate, succession and other
taxes (together with any penalty thereon), assessed by reason of my
! death with regard to all properties and aesets sub~ect to such taxes,
~ whether or not such property and asaets pase under this Will, and
whether or not auch taxes would be gayable by any recipient or bene--
ficiary or possessor of such property in the absence o£ this provision,
and whether or not such property consists of life insurance benefits
or other property. Contribution or reimbursement on account of any
such taxee ahall not be collected from any such beneficiary or
possessor, pLovided that my residuary estate ie sufficient to pay
such taxes.
ITEM II: I give, devise and bequeath aIl of the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate, resl, personal and mixed, of
whatever nature and wheresoever situsted, to ~y wife, MARGARET S.
BONNER, abs~Iutely and in fee simple.
ITEM III: Tf my wife, MARGARET S. BONNER, ehould pre-
decease me, or if the time of her death and that of mine are such as
