and bequeath my entire estate in equal shares to my children, JCHN
JOSEPH BONNER, HUGH JOSEPH 80NNER, WALTER FRANCIS BONNER, PAUL JACOB
BONNER and JULIA MARY BONNER, abaolutely and in fee simple; PROVIDED,
HOWEV~R, if JULIA MARY BONNER is less than twenty-one years of age,
her share ehall be paid to JOHN JOSEPH BONNER as Trustee. Said
Trustee shall hold, manage and control her share as a trust estate,
with all of the rights and powers and subject to limitations herein-
after enumerated, for the following uses and purposes:
(a) Until JULIA MARY BONNER shall attain
the age of twenty-one years, the Trustee shall pay to her or expend
on her behalf so much of the income and principal as the Trustee may
deem advisable to provide properly for her maintenance, education and
; support. .

(b) When JULIA MARY BONNER attains twenty-one
years of age, 8aid trust shall terminate and the Trustee shall pay
over to her the balance of the truat estate in fee simple.
' ITEM IV: I hereby nominate and appoint my wife,

~ MARGARET S. BONNER, as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
In the event that my said w1fe, MARGARET S. BONNER, is unable or
E elects not to serve as Executrix, I nominate and appoint JOHN JOSEPH

; ITEM V: I hereby request that no bond be required of

~ my Executrix, Executor or Trustee appointed pursuant to this Will. I

~ hereby authorize and empower my Executrix, Executor or Trustee,

' appointed pursuant to this Will to exercise the following powers:

~ (1) Fu11 power and authority to compound,

~ compromise, settle and adjust all claims and demands in favor of or

against my estate, on such terms and in such manner as she or he may
deem proper.
(2) To retain by way of investment any part
or all of the property received by her or him hereunder and to hold
