l. Petitioner, MARCEL J. DENIS, has an interest in the above
estate as Co-trustee under the terms of a cerCain trust agreemenF
executed by the deceased on 18 March 1985. Pe~ i~ ioner's name and
address are MARCEL J. DENIS, 29D Ponderosa Drive, The Grove, Fort
Pierce, Flarida and the name and address of the petitioner's
attorne_y is set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, LEON C. DENIS, whose last known address was 29D
Ponderosa Drive, The Grove, Fort Pierce, Florida and whose age
was 88 and whose social security number is 109-12-4628, dled on
January S, 1990, at 29D Ponderosa Drive, The Grove, For~ Pierce,
Florida, and at ~he time of death decedent was domiciled in St.
Lucie County, Florida.
! 3. So far as is known, the name of the beneficiaries of this
~ es~ate are Marcel J. Denis and Barnett Banks Trust Company, N.A.
; as Co-~ rustees under that certain trus~ agreemen~ execu~ed by the
deceased on 18 March 1985.

4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because the

i deceder~F was domiciled in Sr. Lucie County a~ the time of his

~ Co-personal representives under the terms of ARTICLE IV of the
~ will of the decedent as filed herein. Co-personal representive

~ PRIORITY, CONSENT TO APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTIVE, AND

WAIVER OF NOTICE OF BOND, the same having been filed herein.
