to my estate to be added to the residue of the estate.
THIRD: All the residue of my estate, wherever
situated, including lapsed devises, but expressly excluding any
property over which I may have power of appointment at my death,
I devise to the then acting trustee under the Trust Agreement
executed by me on the ~S day of March, 1985, before the
execution of this will, with MARCEL J. DENIS and BARNETT BANKS
TRUST COMPANY, N.A. as Co-Trustees to be added to the trust
estate under that Trust Agreement as in effect at my death.
FOURTH: I appoint MARCEL J. DENIS and BARNETT BANKS
TRUST COMPANY as my Co-Personal Representatives. If for any

unwilling or unable to act as Co-Personal Representatives, as to
any property, I appoint as personal representative as to that
' property auch person or qualified corporation as the acting
secretary of BARNETT BANKS TRUST COMPANY, N.A. shall designate in
writing. The compensation of any corporate personal
representative shall be in accordance with its schedule of fees
in effect from time to time.
