codicil to my will dated March 18th, 1985.
I add to SECOND of that will the following sentence:
In the event that my brother, MARCEL J. DENIS and I die
so close in point of time that the determination as to which of
us died first is questionable or uncertain, then it shal~ be
deemed that MARCEL J. DENIS survived.
I also hereby add to SECOND of that will the following
sentence:
My personal property shall be distributed in accordance
with the terms of my Trust Agreement executed prior to the
execution of my said will.

In all other respects, I confirm and republish my wilZ
dated March 18th, 1985.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have signed this codicil,
consisting of two pages, the following page included, and for the
purpose of identification have placed my signature at the foot of
each preceding page, this s day of 1985.
