I, LEON C. DENIS, of St. Lucie County, Florida, make
this my codicil ta my will, dated March 18, 1985.
1. I revoke that part of SECOND of my will as modified
by the first codicil dated March 28th, 1985, and insert in lieu
thereof :
SECfJND: In the event that my brother, !~lARCEL J. DENIS
and I die so close in point of time that the determination as to
which of us died first is questionable or uncertain, then it
shall be deemed that I survived.

In all other respects, I confirm and republish my will
i dated March 18th, 1985 and as amended on March 28, 1985.

; IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have signed this codicil,

consisting of two pages, the following page included, and for the
