State of Florida to serve as personal representative of the
decedent's estate is entitled to preference in appointment as
personal representative because he is the surviving spouse of the
decedent. Petitioner has no knowledge as ta other heirs-at-law of
the decedent.

estate are unknown to petitioner.
7. Petitioner has no knowledge as to whether this estate
will be required to file a federal estate tax return.
8. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, petitioners
are unaware of any unrevoked wills or codicils of decedent.
Petitioner requests that Jacques Leon, or an attorney or
corporate fiduciary be appointed personal representative of the
Florida estate of the decedent.
