Mortgage, as modified, is hereby extended to ~~,i,...,,~, ~p!'~ , 1995, at
which time the entire principal balance then outstanding, together with all
accrued interest shall become due and payable at once.
4. The indebtedness evidenced by the Exhibit "A" Renewed and Restated
Adjustable Rate Promissory Note is a renewal as to the unrepaid balance of the
Note upon which full documentary stamps have been paid.
5. The parties agree that the Mortgage be amended and supplemented to
add the Adjustable Rate Rider appended hereto as Exhibit "B".
6. Except as herein and hereby modified, supplemented and extended, all
other terms, conditions and covenants of the Mortgage being hereby modified
and extended, and of the Note, as renewed and restated, evidencing the
indebtedness secured thereby, shall remain in full force and effect.
