The Maker promises to pay late charges not to exceed 59'0 ot the amount ot any payment or payments in default. All payments made hereunder shall be credited first to interest and lawtul charges then accrued and the remainer to principal. Maker has the right to prepay this note, in whole or in part, without penalty at any time upon the payment of accrued and past due interest and charges to date of prepayment plus a service fee in the amount of the lesser of 550.00 or 2 percent oi the principal amount of this ban (Amount Financed), provided, however, that any partial prepayment oi principal shal! be applied to the installment or installments ot principal last maturing hereunder. The amounts referred to above have been computed upon the assumption that all instellrrtent payments will be made on the respective scheduled due dates. Interest accrues on the unpaid outstanding principal balance. Ii any installment is not paid in full on the due date, Maker will be obligated to pay such edditional amounts as may become payable by reason of the oon6nuing accrual of interest at the rate designated above. My resulting charges accruing on account of tailure to make Gmely payment on the due dates will c8use increases in some oi the amounts designated above.
