~ on October 16, 1979 whereby the parties would share the
~ parental responsibility for the minor child, MICHAEL CRAIG

k WILSON, born April 6, 1976 and his primary place of

e residence would be awarded to the Forrner Husband and upon

i the response of the Former Wife dated July 5, 1989 stating
~ that the Former Wife does not oppose an Qrder awarding
F primary physical residence of the child to the Father. It
is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
1. That the Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage
' entered by the Jefferson Circuit Court, Eighth Division,
State of Kentucky, on October 16, 1979 is hereby modified
and the parties shall share the parental respansibility for
the minox chiid, MZCHAEL CRAIG WILSON, 3R., born April 6,
