2. SHARED PARENTAL RESPONSISILITY: The parentaa
responsibility for the minor child of the parties, GREGORY
LevINESS, born Auqust 25, 1978, shall be shared by both parties
with the primary physical residence to be with the Wife,
subject to reasonable access with the minor child reserved to
the Husband. "Shared parental responsibility" means that both
parents retain full parental riqhts and responsibilities with
respect to their minor child and requires both parents to
j confer so that the major decisions affectinq the welfare of the
~ minor child shall be determined jointly. The parties shall
; consult with one another on all questions relatinq to reliqious

` upbrinqinq, educational ptoqrams, chanqes in social environment
and non-emerqency health care of the minor child. In accepting
` the broad privileqes and responsibilities conferred by this

~ shared parental responsibility arrangement, the parties

t recoqnize that these powers shall not be exercised for the
~ purpose of frustrating, denyinq or controllinq in any manner

the social develo pment of the other party. The parties shall

attempt to wo rk cooperatively in makinq future plans consistent
with the best interests of the minor child and amicably
resolvinq any disputes that arise. The party with physical
custody of the minor child shall have the responsibility for
properly carinq for said minor child. That party shall take
, responsibility for meetinq dental and medical emergencies. If
